Movement doesn't happen in isolation – it is a chain reaction that involves much more than just the final expression. As with everything, a strong foundation is vitally important in supporting what is built on top of it – and movement is NO EXCEPTION! Sarah combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology with her own unique combination of skills and sense of humour, to show you the subtleties of movement that can have major impacts on not just mobility and performance, but the release of pain and tension as well.
